Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, business analysis, or similar project delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and requirements gathering.
- Experience in preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Experience supporting solution design, systems testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools and techniques, including process flowcharting and user stories.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure.
- Coordinate across multiple business units and technical teams to maintain clear communication.
- Plan, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Gather and document business and client project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Assess and manage the impact of requirements on data systems and business processes.
- Support development, systems testing, UAT, and implementation.
- Validate test case scenarios against BRDs.
