Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in IT Project or Program Management leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Proven track record in ERP transformations, specifically within Oracle R12 environments.
- Hands-on experience with tax engine implementations (knowledge of Vertex is a significant advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder, geographically distributed projects.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, data flows, and indirect tax processes (Sales & Use tax).
- Strong command of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle for ERP and tax-related system deployments.
- Develop integrated project plans, tracking dependencies across complex IT landscapes.
- Take full accountability for project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Establish robust governance structures and provide executive-level reporting (SteerCo) to senior leadership.
- Proactively identify risks and lead change management activities.
- Coordinate collaboration between Finance, IT, integration partners, and external vendors.
- Manage testing coordination, cutover planning, and deployment readiness activities.
