Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing turbine-related projects and technology concepts.
- Project management certification.
- Strong understanding of complex engineering environments and cross-functional project coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- High level of quality awareness, accountability, and assertiveness in project execution.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or German.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects and concept studies in close collaboration with product management and technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate turbine concepts transparently based on factors such as LCoE, timelines, budgets, and risks to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate project execution across multidisciplinary teams including R&D, procurement, production, service, transport, and installation.
- Optimize turbine configurations and oversee smooth handovers to product development teams following established development processes.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges early, and implement solution-oriented escalation processes when necessary.
- Ensure successful delivery of project objectives while maintaining responsibility for project quality, timelines, and financial performance.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across international teams and stakeholders.
