Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, design program management, product operations, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex cloud or mobile projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and modern technical frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean or Kanban.
- Demonstrated ability to define project scope, manage resources, and deliver results on time and budget.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and risk mitigation experience.
- Experience using project management tools like JIRA and Datadog.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Own and operationalize end-to-end program delivery for complex cross-functional product initiatives.
- Implement and monitor operational metrics and program tracking systems.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Partner with Product Design leadership to plan and prioritize initiatives.
- Facilitate execution touchpoints like delivery planning, milestone check-ins, and retrospectives.
- Drive timely decisions and make trade-offs visible.
- Coordinate and operationalize user research initiatives.
- Establish and maintain documentation, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Facilitate change management initiatives.
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously.
