Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product.
- Track record of managing products from concept to launch.
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Product development experience in healthcare technology.
- Understanding of EHR data integration and data standards (e.g. FHIR).
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (X12, CCDA, HL7, FHIR) and integration protocols.
- Experience with clinical quality measurement (e.g. Stars, HEDIS).
- Knowledge of SQL, ideally with PostgreSQL experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space.
- Perform ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities.
- Develop a deep understanding of requirements through internal teams and end users.
- Write detailed user stories for new features with measurable success criteria.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to maximize value and minimize risk.
