Requirements
- Substantial programme or engagement management experience (>5y) in a high-velocity technical environment.
- Track record of delivering complex multi-party programmes to hard deadlines.
- Ability to read technical reports and engage credibly with technical team.
- Experience running or materially contributing to technical recruiting.
- Experience drafting proposals or responses to RFPs for government or frontier technology counterparts.
- Strong written communication for status updates, risk memos, and external briefs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy and good judgment.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of our largest multi-party engagement.
- Take delivery ownership of other engagements such as frontier-model red teaming and government RFPs.
- Run the request for proposals (RFP) and opportunity pipeline.
- Programme-manage new initiatives like grant-making.
- Own the red-team hiring pipeline end-to-end.
- Headhunt and source top talent.
- Help write JDs, plan and run work trials, and support candidates.
- Perform analysis to identify bottlenecks in throughput and map the ecosystem.
- Provide support on policy, government-facing work, and event organizing.
