Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Advanced experience with Power BI including data modeling and dashboard development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM analytics and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data transformation.
- Experience translating complex data into executive-level insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting European or multi-country operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Azure Data Services.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industries.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for key business metrics.
- Own the reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Build and manage scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric technologies.
- Develop semantic models and support self-service analytics initiatives.
- Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP platforms.
- Deliver regular business insight reports and executive presentations.
- Build forecasting models, trend analysis, and scenario planning initiatives.
- Partner with leaders across sales, operations, and finance teams.
