Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modelling and Service administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Pipelines, Dataflows, Warehouses).
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.
- Proven ability to convert complex analysis into executive-ready business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting European or multi-country operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, or Synapse.
- Experience with predictive analytics or forecasting models.
- Background in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for key business metrics.
- Manage the reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Build and manage scalable pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Pipelines, Dataflows, Warehouses).
- Integrate and analyze Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP data for a unified business view.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and performance opportunities.
- Deliver regular insight presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning through forecasting and scenario modelling.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams.
