Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience within B2B SaaS, HR Tech, Fintech, or related industries.
- Proven experience scaling high-growth organizations, ideally within businesses operating at $300M+ ARR stages.
- Strong background leading both inbound and outbound sales motions with a focus on new logo acquisition.
- Experience managing fast-paced sales cycles while successfully expanding into enterprise-level accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical and consultative sales engagements involving complex pricing structures and compliance considerations.
- Expertise with sales and forecasting platforms including Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
- Early adopter mindset toward AI-driven sales tools and workflow optimization.
- Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Experience in Employer of Record (EOR), HCM, or global workforce solutions is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, rapidly evolving business environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Americas sales organization, driving revenue growth across multiple SaaS product lines.
- Build and optimize a high-performing outbound sales motion focused on net-new customer acquisition and enterprise expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase velocity, improve activation rates, and strengthen pipeline conversion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, GTM Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales performance metrics using tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
- Drive adoption of AI technologies within sales workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement.
- Coach and mentor sales leaders and teams while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving compliance, international labor regulations, and multi-layered stakeholder environments.
