Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience within B2B SaaS, HR Tech, Fintech, or related industries.
  • Proven experience scaling high-growth organizations, ideally within businesses operating at $300M+ ARR stages.
  • Strong background leading both inbound and outbound sales motions with a focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Experience managing fast-paced sales cycles while successfully expanding into enterprise-level accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical and consultative sales engagements involving complex pricing structures and compliance considerations.
  • Expertise with sales and forecasting platforms including Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Early adopter mindset toward AI-driven sales tools and workflow optimization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in Employer of Record (EOR), HCM, or global workforce solutions is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, rapidly evolving business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Americas sales organization, driving revenue growth across multiple SaaS product lines.
  • Build and optimize a high-performing outbound sales motion focused on net-new customer acquisition and enterprise expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase velocity, improve activation rates, and strengthen pipeline conversion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, GTM Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales performance metrics using tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Drive adoption of AI technologies within sales workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Coach and mentor sales leaders and teams while fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving compliance, international labor regulations, and multi-layered stakeholder environments.
