Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Significant experience leading U.S. enterprise direct sales teams.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving multi-million-dollar ARR and bookings targets.
- Experience building or scaling a modern enterprise sales organization.
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- MEDDPICC implementation experience.
- Willingness to travel 30%+.
Responsibilities
- Own the Americas sales strategy and execution to achieve ARR and booking goals.
- Translate company strategy into clear sales objectives and go-to-market plays.
- Partner with Revenue Operations on territory design, quota planning, and incentive alignment.
- Establish and own key sales KPIs and drive rigorous performance management.
- Lead operations including pipeline hygiene, forecast inspection, and deal reviews.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Americas sales team.
- Build trusted relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders, especially CIOs and CTOs.
- Serve as a member of the revenue leadership team.
