Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
  • Scale experience, ideally at the $300M - $500M+ ARR stage.
  • Net-new logo hunter mindset.
  • Proven experience managing short sales cycles (30-45 days) while moving up-market into Enterprise.
  • Ability to lead a technical sale involving compliance, global labor laws, and complex pricing.
  • Expert-level experience with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Early adopter of AI tools to drive productivity.
  • Direct experience in the Employer of Record or Global Expansion industry preferred.
  • Experience managing both inside and field sales models preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Transition the team from selling a single service-based solution to a complex SaaS suite including EOR, Contractor management, and Gia (AI).
  • Architect a sustainable, high-growth outbound/hunting motion.
  • Accelerate the sales cycle and optimize EOR consumption activation rates.
  • Evolve current SMB/Mid-Market successes into an Enterprise-grade motion.
  • Amplify sales outcomes by integrating AI (Gia/Gemini) into the daily workflow.
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting standards using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Collaborate with GTM Ops, Product, and the Partners team to ensure ecosystem support.
  • Champion company culture and build high-trust, accountable partnerships.
