Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
  • Proven experience scaling operations at the $300M - $500M+ ARR stage.
  • Demonstrated track record in 'net-new logo' hunting and growth acquisition.
  • High-velocity sales proficiency, managing short sales cycles (30-45 days) while moving up-market.
  • Ability to lead a technical sale involving compliance, global labor laws, and complex pricing.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Early adopter experience with AI tools for sales productivity.
  • Direct experience in the Employer of Record (EOR) or HCM industry preferred.
  • Experience managing both inside sales and outside/field sales models.

Responsibilities

  • Transition the team from selling a single service-based solution to a complex SaaS suite including EOR, Contractor management, and Gia (AI).
  • Architect a sustainable, high-growth outbound/hunting motion to lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Accelerate the sales cycle and optimize EOR consumption activation rates.
  • Evolve current SMB/Mid-Market successes into an Enterprise-grade motion.
  • Massively amplify sales outcomes by integrating AI into the daily sales workflow.
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting standards using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Collaborate with GTM Ops, Product, and the Partners team to ensure aggressive logo acquisition.
  • Model company values and build high-trust, accountable partnerships across the organization.
