Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
- Proven experience scaling operations at the $300M - $500M+ ARR stage.
- Demonstrated track record in 'net-new logo' hunting and growth acquisition.
- High-velocity sales proficiency, managing short sales cycles (30-45 days) while moving up-market.
- Ability to lead a technical sale involving compliance, global labor laws, and complex pricing.
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
- Early adopter experience with AI tools for sales productivity.
- Direct experience in the Employer of Record (EOR) or HCM industry preferred.
- Experience managing both inside sales and outside/field sales models.
Responsibilities
- Transition the team from selling a single service-based solution to a complex SaaS suite including EOR, Contractor management, and Gia (AI).
- Architect a sustainable, high-growth outbound/hunting motion to lower customer acquisition costs.
- Accelerate the sales cycle and optimize EOR consumption activation rates.
- Evolve current SMB/Mid-Market successes into an Enterprise-grade motion.
- Massively amplify sales outcomes by integrating AI into the daily sales workflow.
- Maintain rigorous forecasting standards using Salesforce and Clari.
- Collaborate with GTM Ops, Product, and the Partners team to ensure aggressive logo acquisition.
- Model company values and build high-trust, accountable partnerships across the organization.
