Requirements
- Experience shipping production-grade automations or internal tools across GTM systems
- Integration troubleshooting and data hygiene experience
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Strong coding ability
- Comfort working with SQL and operational data
- Strong product and stakeholder instincts
- Ability to translate ambiguous needs into shippable solutions
Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows that improve daily execution for sales reps and managers
- Integrate across the GTM stack using APIs, automation platforms, and lightweight internal tools
- Apply LLMs pragmatically with quality checks and monitoring for production
- Partner with SalesOps, Enablement, and GTM Systems on requirements and deployment
- Create reusable patterns like templates, agents, and connectors
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate on business impact
