Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in outbound support environments
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive discussions professionally
- Experience using CRM systems, data entry tools, and standard computer applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and focus
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work schedules between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday
- High level of motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound post-purchase confirmation calls to support consumers and gather feedback on product experiences
- Manage inbound inquiries from end users, clinicians, dealers, and internal stakeholders while resolving concerns and escalating issues when necessary
- Provide empathetic and professional customer service related to sensitive healthcare topics and product usage
- Educate consumers on products, services, and available support resources while ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions within CRM and internal systems
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives, advisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Meet established productivity, quality, and service performance metrics for inbound and outbound activities
- Stay informed on product updates, operational processes, and compliance standards to ensure high-quality support
