Requirements

  • 2+ years experience providing SaaS technical support to external customers.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
  • Hands-on experience with local and cloud networking.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with iOS/Android mobile applications.
  • Linux system administration (preferred).
  • Healthcare interface/integration and medical imaging (DICOM) experience (plus).
  • Experience supporting FDA-regulated software as a medical device (SaMD) (plus).
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for external technical and non-technical users of the Viz app and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with customer IT teams and internal technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor/support 24/7/365 hosted Linux VMs and AWS cloud integrations.
  • Interpret Grafana alerts and resolve or escalate with hospital IT teams.
  • Communicate with the Product team regarding update suggestions and feature additions.
  • Triage issues across hardware, software, network connectivity, and clinical applications.
  • Utilize Jenkins, Grafana, and AWS configs to resolve DICOM, PACS, and TCP/IP issues.
  • Analyze Coralogix logs for system performance and data processing.
  • Create and maintain documentation in SFDC and the Knowledge Base.
