- Excellent written English communication skills

Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and send email campaigns
- Update email lists and manage segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and export reports
- Proofread and format email content
- Monitor and respond to online customer reviews
- Maintain logs of reviews and responses
- Export marketing, customer, and campaign data
- Maintain marketing spreadsheets and trackers
- Assist with website and social media content updates
