Requirements
- 5+ years designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS platforms, or developer-facing systems
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills
- Proven ability to work independently as the sole designer
- Experience designing data-dense interfaces, dashboards, or multi-panel layouts
- Experience designing for AI/ML-powered features or agentic systems
- Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries
- Front-end development skills (React, TypeScript) strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across 4–6 internal product surfaces
- Create and maintain a lightweight design system and shared component library
- Design interaction patterns for AI-native workflows
- Collaborate directly with senior engineers in a pod-based model
- Translate complex, multi-source data into streamlined, single-screen experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Rapidly prototype new concepts
- Ensure high adoption and usability of internal tools
