- Experience across complex multi-actor or multi-touchpoint experiences.
- Portfolio showing emotionally resonant, human-centered design work.
- Skilled in prototyping and iteration.
- Strong ability to connect design explorations back into a system.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders.
- Systems thinker with experience building frameworks that scale.
- Comfortable operating across both the problem and solution space.
- Positive, collaborative mindset with curiosity and humility.
- Experience with hardware-integrated experiences (e.g. wearables, GPS trackers) is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end design of experiences connecting families across distance, life stage, and relationship type.
- Translate strategy and user insights into elegant, scalable UI/UX solutions.
- Lead early design explorations for connection, safety, and contextual experiences.
- Rapidly design and prototype using Figma, AI-assisted tools, and interactive frameworks.
- Create frameworks and interaction models to simplify complex experiences.
- Expand the design system with scalable patterns for various devices.
- Partner with PM, engineering, research, and industrial design to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Influence roadmap decisions by connecting design to member needs and business growth.
- Guide and mentor designers across the organization.
- Champion design culture and introduce new industry practices.
