Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience leading end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience working with remote, geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading discovery, ideation, and user research sessions.
- Hands-on exposure to design systems work (tokens, components, documentation).
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and variables.
- Familiarity with token architecture and engineering implementation.
- Strong storyteller with experience presenting to various organizational levels.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
- Familiarity with or genuine interest in AI-powered design tools.
- Commitment to collaborative and inclusive work environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, ideation, and end-to-end design of product features.
- Contribute to the quality and consistency of the design system via tokens, components, and documentation.
- Partner with UX research and data teams to ground design decisions in user behaviors and needs.
- Translate concepts into user-centered designs balancing craft and structure.
- Contribute to information architecture and design best practices.
- Actively build and apply AI fluency within design workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define timelines, trade-offs, and constraints.
- Lead through influence to foster alignment across teams.
- Partner with front-end engineers for reliable token pipeline and implementation.
- Support system documentation, versioning, and deprecation.
