- User-first approach to design backed by research and data.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
- Comfortable working in a culture of feedback and collaboration.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create design solutions from early exploration to detailed execution.
- Partner with UX research and data teams to ground design decisions in user needs.
- Contribute to information architecture and raise design standards.
- Lead discovery, ideation, and user research sessions.
- Maintain design system tokens, components, and documentation.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure design implementation quality.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in team crits.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into design workflows.
