Requirements
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, TAM, or FDE).
- Deep command of REST APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to navigate data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience deploying or configuring AI/ML platforms and agentic workflows.
- Fluency in LLM prompt structuring, debugging, and iterative refinement.
- Familiarity with financial services use cases: fraud, credit risk, AML, or payments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with API testing/prototyping tools like Postman.
- Ability to operate with startup CTO-level ownership and judgment.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and architect solution designs for prospects.
- Deliver proof-of-concept implementations using the platform.
- Own end-to-end technical implementation from kickoff to go-live.
- Configure and optimize AI agents and decisioning rules.
- Provide ongoing technical support and lead health reviews.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Deliver product feedback and gap analyses to internal engineering teams.
- Develop implementation playbooks and integration accelerators.
