Requirements
- 3+ years experience in AI automation, software engineering, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered tools.
- Strong Python proficiency.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows.
- Active daily use of AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, N8N, Zapier).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to scope projects independently.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered internal tools for investment research and outreach.
- Refine and extend investor outreach applications with automated follow-up and enrichment.
- Build cap table waterfall modeling platforms.
- Develop AI-driven investment thesis memo generation systems.
- Act as a fractional automation operator across portfolio companies.
- Gather requirements and translate business pain points into AI solutions.
- Build internal applications, dashboards, and workflow systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
