Requirements
- 4+ years building and owning production-grade backend systems in Python.
- Proven experience owning a core platform or shared infrastructure layer.
- Hands-on track record with multi-tenant system design.
- Experience building evaluation harnesses for LLM-based systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (async I/O, FastAPI, Pydantic, pytest).
- Experience with LangGraph state machines and node composition.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, pgvector, and RAG pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and CI/CD automation.
- Proficient use of agentic workflows (Cursor AI, Claude Code).
- Strong systems thinking and schema design discipline.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the core platform repository for modular agent architecture.
- Design and maintain versioned customer configuration schemas.
- Build and maintain cross-client multi-tenant isolation.
- Own the end-to-end conversation logging system and data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain evaluation suites for LLM simulation and regression testing.
- Build onboarding automation scripts for rapid customer deployment.
- Ensure platform APIs meet latency targets and implement structured logging.
