Requirements
- 4+ years professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years experience focused on AI/ML systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI development.
- Strong software engineering background, preferably with Python.
- Working knowledge of AWS services and AWS GenAI offerings.
- Experience designing and shipping agentic systems.
- Experience with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, evaluation frameworks, and observability.
- Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector databases).
- API development experience.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy ML/AI models end-to-end, from concept through production.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and training workflows.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Monitor AI systems in production for drift and reliability issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI work with business goals.
- Contribute to AI architectural decisions.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end.
- Support and mentor more junior engineers.
