Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, professional services, consulting, or project management.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent customer-facing projects.
- Strong project management fundamentals (planning, risk management, facilitation).
- Ability to interpret implementation scope and balance commercial realities.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, SSO, integrations, data migration, and system configuration.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead successful implementations for new customers and expansion projects.
- Manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Facilitate discovery, workflow, and enablement sessions.
- Act as primary day-to-day customer contact.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment on goals.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Maintain status reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate training and launch preparation.
- Contribute to process improvements and internal best practices.
