Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing at DTC consumer brands.
  • 3-5 years experience at Director level or above.
  • Proven track record in subscription retention and LTV improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Recharge, and Shopify Plus.
  • Experience evaluating and launching loyalty platforms (Okendo, Yotpo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical capability (Power BI, BigQuery, Funnel.io).
  • Experience with incrementality-focused experimentation (holdouts, cohorts).
  • Direct management experience over an execution-focused individual contributor.
  • Strong understanding of compliance for email and SMS marketing (FTC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage Email/SMS Marketing Manager.
  • Develop subscription retention and LTV optimization strategies.
  • Build, launch, and optimize loyalty and rewards program.
  • Develop review acquisition strategy and platform integration.
  • Establish industry benchmarks and manage lifecycle KPIs.
  • Design and manage incrementality-focused lifecycle experiments.
  • Report to CGO and collaborate with cross-functional leadership.
