Requirements
- 7-10+ years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing at DTC consumer brands.
- 3-5 years experience at Director level or above.
- Proven track record in subscription retention and LTV improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Recharge, and Shopify Plus.
- Experience evaluating and launching loyalty platforms (Okendo, Yotpo, etc.).
- Strong analytical capability (Power BI, BigQuery, Funnel.io).
- Experience with incrementality-focused experimentation (holdouts, cohorts).
- Direct management experience over an execution-focused individual contributor.
- Strong understanding of compliance for email and SMS marketing (FTC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Manage Email/SMS Marketing Manager.
- Develop subscription retention and LTV optimization strategies.
- Build, launch, and optimize loyalty and rewards program.
- Develop review acquisition strategy and platform integration.
- Establish industry benchmarks and manage lifecycle KPIs.
- Design and manage incrementality-focused lifecycle experiments.
- Report to CGO and collaborate with cross-functional leadership.
