Requirements

- Experience managing pipelines in HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Strong verbal communication skills for phone and video calls
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Persuasive, professional, and service-oriented communication style
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment
- Builder's mindset with interest in growth operations and funnel strategy
- Ability to build trust quickly and ask sharp discovery questions
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day lead engagement from first touch through enrollment
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outreach
- Run discovery and admissions calls with prospective learners
- Support admissions webinars, information sessions, and live chat
- Manage lead activity, notes, and lifecycle stages in CRM
- Coordinate scheduling, contracts, payments, and enrollment logistics
- Track and report on lead quality, conversion, and cohort yield
- Collaborate with Head of Growth to build the admissions playbook
