Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, business development, or consultative sales
  • Experience managing pipelines in HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Strong verbal communication skills for phone and video calls
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Persuasive, professional, and service-oriented communication style
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment
  • Builder's mindset with interest in growth operations and funnel strategy
  • Ability to build trust quickly and ask sharp discovery questions

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day lead engagement from first touch through enrollment
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outreach
  • Run discovery and admissions calls with prospective learners
  • Support admissions webinars, information sessions, and live chat
  • Manage lead activity, notes, and lifecycle stages in CRM
  • Coordinate scheduling, contracts, payments, and enrollment logistics
  • Track and report on lead quality, conversion, and cohort yield
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth to build the admissions playbook
