- Own day-to-day lead engagement from first touch through enrollment
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outreach
- Run discovery and admissions calls with prospective learners
- Support admissions webinars, information sessions, and live chat
- Manage lead activity, notes, and lifecycle stages in CRM
- Coordinate scheduling, contracts, payments, and enrollment logistics
- Track and report on lead quality, conversion, and cohort yield
- Collaborate with Head of Growth to build the admissions playbook
