- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Comfort with AI tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to people managers across org design, performance, succession, and leadership effectiveness.
- Bring a data-informed perspective to talent decisions.
- Contribute to KOHO's 2026 People Enablement strategy.
- Support the full employee journey from onboarding through transitions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline People Ops workflows using AI and automation.
- Ensure BambooHR data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor legislation and trends in Canada and the US regarding compensation, benefits, and immigration.
