Responsibilities
- Own and drive a portfolio of high-priority operational workstreams and initiatives.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear execution plans.
- Conduct cross-functional analyses across Finance, HR, and Risk to identify trends.
- Build dashboards and translate data into insights for leadership decision-making.
- Improve operating mechanisms and streamline workflows across the organization.
- Identify and implement AI and automation use cases for operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including audit follow-up and policy rollouts.
- Act as a high-trust thought partner to the COO and functional leaders.
