Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategic finance, consulting, or banking.
- Demonstrated ownership of strategic initiatives.
- Advanced analytical capabilities using Excel and spreadsheet modeling.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms (Tableau or Power BI).
- Familiarity with SQL or related data querying tools (preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills for leadership-ready materials.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to navigate cross-functional priorities.
- Hands-on approach to developing analyses, materials, and deliverables.
- Preferred: experience in auto or consumer lending (originations, credit, servicing).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, shaping long-term direction.
- Own the analytical foundation and narrative for board-facing decisions.
- Evaluate key drivers including unit economics, portfolio performance, and operational trade-offs.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial planning.
- Design, implement, and improve the company’s operating model (business reviews, planning, reporting).
- Manage prioritization processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Lead company-wide initiatives spanning Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.
- Translate executive priorities into structured plans with clear scope and ownership.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
