Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

Build personalized college plans for all high school students in the program.
Monitor and audit NCAA Eligibility Center status for all students from 9th grade.
Coach students through personal statements, supplemental essays, and athletic resumes.
Coordinate with internal and club coaches on recruiting timelines.
Facilitate structured quarterly meetings with students and parents.
Develop SAT/ACT testing strategies and coordinate campus visits.
