Responsibilities
- Define talent needs by looking at projected growth, team structure, and talent trends.
- Source and prescreen candidates across all channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and execute hiring strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and fluid recruiting process for candidates.
- Identify and execute closing strategies for offers.
- Build processes and implement recruiting programs.
- Juggle various roles and maintain a consistent pipeline.
