Responsibilities

  • Define talent needs by looking at projected growth, team structure, and talent trends.
  • Source and prescreen candidates across all channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and execute hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth and fluid recruiting process for candidates.
  • Identify and execute closing strategies for offers.
  • Build processes and implement recruiting programs.
  • Juggle various roles and maintain a consistent pipeline.
