- Experience working with or selling into HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries
- Experience with GTM strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or related field preferred
- Partner marketing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and leverage a robust network within partners to drive lead flow
- Serve as regional subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring
- Nurture relationships with partner leadership to secure executive buy-in and referrals
- Influence strategic initiatives and financial goals
- Deliver in-person and virtual training to sales teams
- Bridge partner-referred leads to internal sales teams and ensure transparent tracking
