Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in Neuropsychology or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNS, clinical psychology, or similar.
- Expertise in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias/neurodegenerative disorders.
- Experience interacting with clinical scientists, data managers, and medical professionals.
- Understanding of the science of measuring cognition and behavior.
- Experience with neuropsychological assessment tools in clinical trial settings.
- Ability to organize and lead complex tasks and processes.
- Experience implementing new services and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of endpoint data quality monitoring plans for AD trials.
- Drive the definition and scope of study services.
- Support the publication and presentation strategy for AD.
- Develop and deliver rater training content and define rater experience criteria.
- Create and implement data quality strategies for AD clinical trials.
- Lead scientific communication with clients and act as a subject matter expert.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Support business development through proposal input and bid defenses.
