Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS, AI, or MarTech.
- Proven track record of closing $500K–$2M+ enterprise deals.
- Experience building or scaling enterprise sales teams.
- Experience managing Enterprise Account Executives.
- Proficiency in commercial acumen: pricing, contract structuring, forecasting.
- Experience with complex 6–18 month sales cycles.
- Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, expansion, LTV).
- Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Impeccable English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex global enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
- Own and close high-value contracts ($250K–$2M+ ACV).
- Build and scale the enterprise sales function and processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Define and execute global enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and navigate procurement/legal processes.
- Structure multi-year enterprise contracts.
- Design strategic rollout plans across multiple regions (US, EU, APAC, MENA).
- Drive enterprise account growth and partnerships.
