Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS, AI, or MarTech.
  • Proven track record of closing $500K–$2M+ enterprise deals.
  • Experience building or scaling enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience managing Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Proficiency in commercial acumen: pricing, contract structuring, forecasting.
  • Experience with complex 6–18 month sales cycles.
  • Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, expansion, LTV).
  • Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Impeccable English fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex global enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Own and close high-value contracts ($250K–$2M+ ACV).
  • Build and scale the enterprise sales function and processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Define and execute global enterprise go-to-market strategy.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders and navigate procurement/legal processes.
  • Structure multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Design strategic rollout plans across multiple regions (US, EU, APAC, MENA).
  • Drive enterprise account growth and partnerships.
