Engineering at BVNK

As a Software Engineer at BVNK, you will contribute to building seamless cross-border payments involving both crypto and fiat currencies. You will tackle challenges in streamlining liquidity management and automation within the Fiat Processing Platform Squad. This squad develops and maintains solutions enabling customers to hold, send, receive, and exchange funds, providing functionalities similar to business bank accounts with unique IBANs. The product and engineering organization is structured into small, autonomous squads. This empowers you to own your problem space, form strong opinions, and execute in a fast, sustainable way, always advocating for the simplest yet most effective solution. Engineers at BVNK are focused on developing future-proof products, delivering quality code consistently, and contributing to the overall engineering culture and standards. The company utilizes a four-pillar framework for scaling AI, focusing on infrastructure cost management, specification-driven development, a dedicated security stack for data sovereignty and NDAs, and clear guardrails and access controls.
