Requirements
- Experience in a full-cycle or hunter sales role.
- Proven experience sourcing own leads and closing deals.
- Ability to run complex B2B sales cycles from outreach to contracting.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales outreach tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and figure things out with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a sales pipeline from scratch to drive growth.
- Run discovery calls and tailored product demos for business and technical stakeholders.
- Design and manage proof-of-concept (POC) processes with the technical team.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Research and map target accounts to identify entry points.
- Share market intelligence and prospect feedback with product and marketing teams.
