Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to performance marketing agencies, lead gen companies, affiliate networks, or call centers
  • Proven track record as a hunter — opening doors, building pipeline, and closing deals
  • Comfortable with 2-month sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals in the $5k–$30k MRR range
  • Genuine willingness to farm and grow accounts — not just close and move on
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics: CPL, EPC, ROAS
  • Experience setting up or improving sales infrastructure — CRM, sequences, or playbooks
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage environment
  • Active user of AI tools to accelerate prospecting, research, and outreach
  • Fluent English
  • 5+ years of total sales experience with visible progression

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the full sales pipeline — prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Farm every account you close: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Set up the sales tech stack — CRM, outreach sequences, playbooks — aligned with the CEO
  • Refine the ICP and pitch based on what's winning in the market
  • Maintain transparent pipeline and revenue forecasting for the leadership team
  • Feed customer insight back into the product roadmap through a structured feedback loop
