Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.
- 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Professional communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in risk assessment or security strategy implementation.
- Ability to manage vendors and internal staff scheduling.
- Proficiency with administrative tasks such as invoice reconciliation and reporting.
- Ability to remain available 24/7 for on-call emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric’s suite of physical security services for all client portfolios assigned to the coordinator.
- Develop standard operating procedures and profiles for all assigned clients.
- Assess the security implications and needs of client requests and advise appropriate security solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all functions required by clients are met.
- Manage staff/vendor assignments and scheduling for each task.
- Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for emergency response and crisis mitigation.
- Perform invoice review, reconciliation, and expense management in Concur.
- Edit reports and compose proposals for new client services.
- Travel up to 25% for client meetings and business development.
