Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or a related SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to stay organized, think analytically, and adapt to evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Engage new business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals within your assigned territory.
- Leverage both existing networks and new channels to identify and pursue meaningful sales opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Deliver insightful product demos and meetings that speak directly to a client’s challenges and goals.
- Articulate the value of our platform and educate clients on how it supports their success.
- Build authentic relationships with prospective clients through a consultative approach.
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and help drive team alignment.
- Champion our commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and results-driven client journey.
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives to align on lead qualification and outbound strategies.
