Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience selling enterprise B2B data solutions or legaltech solutions.
- Experience selling to large law firms, financial institutions, or insurance providers.
- Prior sales experience with APIs or legal software.
- Experience managing deals involving implementation or consultant partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Resilience and persistence in pursuing sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of inbound prospecting efforts, actively identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Utilize a proactive approach to initiate meaningful conversations and establish rapport with prospects.
- Employ strategic tactics to educate prospects on solutions, fostering timely and forecasted closures.
- Drive individual sales targets while contributing to overall team objectives.
