Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budget tracking
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Experience with cash flow management
- Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger activities
- Monitor weekly cash flow, liquidity, burn rate, and runway projections
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and summaries
- Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial models
- Deliver actionable financial insights to leadership for growth and investment decisions
- Define and track financial KPIs and operational metrics
- Coordinate with external accountants and tax partners for filings and audits
- Improve accounting workflows and reporting systems for scalability
