Responsibilities
- Own and grow Percona’s MariaDB database business.
- Drive innovation and amplify Percona’s voice in the space.
- Scale adoption of open-source software across community and enterprise users.
- Build a profitable, high-impact business.
- Lead a team to deliver 24/7 support, managed services, and professional services.
- Contribute to open source and build Percona-maintained software.
- Drive thought leadership, technical marketing, and partnerships.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive new business, renewals, and expansions.
