Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, and supply chain-related financial processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with a focus on supply chain cost accounting, inventory, and accounts receivable.
  • Partner with procurement teams to forecast demand and support purchase order planning.
  • Drive improvement in key financial performance indicators such as inventory turnover and accounts receivable efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate financial policies.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen internal control frameworks.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support finance team members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit processes.
