Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- CPA designation is preferred.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, and supply chain-related financial processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and a collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with a focus on supply chain cost accounting, inventory, and accounts receivable.
- Partner with procurement teams to forecast demand and support purchase order planning.
- Drive improvement in key financial performance indicators such as inventory turnover and accounts receivable efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate financial policies.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen internal control frameworks.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and support finance team members.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit processes.
