Requirements
- Experience in Mobile Advertising, AdTech, or Digital Media.
- Previous experience in an Account Management or Client Success role.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- Ability to communicate complex data to key decision makers.
- Ability to visualize data and tell a story using Excel/Sheets.
- Proficiency in presentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts in the EMEA region.
- Monitor performance data daily and suggest optimizations.
- Leverage campaign datasets to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Present insights and findings in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal Product/Engineering teams.
- Assist clients with technical setups (MMP integration, SDK troubleshooting, post-back configurations).
- Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and ensure high client retention.
