Requirements

  • Experience in Mobile Advertising, AdTech, or Digital Media.
  • Previous experience in an Account Management or Client Success role.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
  • Ability to communicate complex data to key decision makers.
  • Ability to visualize data and tell a story using Excel/Sheets.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Monitor performance data daily and suggest optimizations.
  • Leverage campaign datasets to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Present insights and findings in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal Product/Engineering teams.
  • Assist clients with technical setups (MMP integration, SDK troubleshooting, post-back configurations).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and ensure high client retention.
