Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy.
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-value/VIP client portfolios.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in building and optimizing B2B email outreach campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with outbound and lead generation tools (e.g., PersistIQ, Apollo, Clay).
- Extensive real-world experience with AI tools in a professional context.
- Background in roles measured on client retention, revenue growth, and account development.
- Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple high-impact relationships simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Exclusively manage a portfolio of high-value PersistIQ clients, including Kick Off Calls (KOCs).
- Co-own strategy, planning, and performance discussions for key accounts.
- Proactively track campaign performance against benchmarks and identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as a senior advisor and coach to junior and mid-level Account Managers.
- Assist the Senior Account Director in training new Account Managers.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews.
- Execute and optimize B2B email outreach campaigns, including copy drafting and lead validation.
- Leverage AI tool suites (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay) to produce high-quality campaign assets.
- Bring strategic insights and proactive recommendations to drive business impact.
- Handle difficult conversations and complex client challenges.
