Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy.
  • Strong preference for agency or SaaS backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing high-value/VIP client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in building, managing, and optimizing B2B email outreach campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound and lead generation tools.
  • Extensive real-world experience with AI tools in a professional context.
  • Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple high-impact client relationships simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Exclusively manage a portfolio of high-value PersistIQ clients, including Kick Off Calls (KOCs).
  • Co-own strategy, planning, and performance discussions for key accounts.
  • Proactively track campaign performance against agreed benchmarks.
  • Serve as a senior advisor and coach to junior and mid-level Account Managers.
  • Assist the Senior Account Director in training new Account Managers.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews.
  • Execute and optimize B2B email outreach campaigns, including copy drafting and lead data validation.
  • Leverage a best-in-class AI tool suite to produce high-quality campaign assets.
  • Consistently bring strategic insights and proactive recommendations to clients.
  • Handle difficult conversations and complex client challenges.
