Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in TAM, Implementation, or Technical Support in SaaS.
  • Extensive knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Experience with APIs and data management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex technical workstreams.
  • Skilled at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills for high-priority projects.
  • Analytical mindset for engagement trends and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex project schedules and technical integrations.
  • Coordinate technical workstreams including SSO, API, and HRIS sync.
  • Verify and test integrations (MS Teams, Slack, Zoom).
  • Collaborate with Implementation Managers to convert requirements into backend configurations.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges during Go-Live.
  • Act as primary technical contact for CS team.
  • Lead backend configuration for client wellness challenges.
  • Handle platform updates for existing enterprise accounts.
  • Extract and deliver client reports and insights.
  • Create custom reporting templates and ensure data accuracy.
