Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in TAM, Implementation, or Technical Support in SaaS.
- Extensive knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience with APIs and data management.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple complex technical workstreams.
- Skilled at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills for high-priority projects.
- Analytical mindset for engagement trends and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex project schedules and technical integrations.
- Coordinate technical workstreams including SSO, API, and HRIS sync.
- Verify and test integrations (MS Teams, Slack, Zoom).
- Collaborate with Implementation Managers to convert requirements into backend configurations.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during Go-Live.
- Act as primary technical contact for CS team.
- Lead backend configuration for client wellness challenges.
- Handle platform updates for existing enterprise accounts.
- Extract and deliver client reports and insights.
- Create custom reporting templates and ensure data accuracy.
