Requirements
- 3+ years in a Technical Account Management, Implementation, or Technical Support role within SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in SSO (Azure, Okta).
- Experience with API integrations.
- Strong data management and Excel/reporting tool skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical workstreams.
- Experience working with SaaS integrations and technical product ecosystems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical ability to interpret engagement trends and provide technical recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex project timelines for enterprise-level launches.
- Execute technical workstreams including SSO configurations (Azure, Okta), API integrations, and HRIS data syncs.
- Configure and test platform integrations like MS Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the Go-Live phase.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for the Customer Success team.
- Lead backend setup of client wellness challenges and configuration updates.
- Extract and deliver client reports, including custom reporting templates.
- Maintain data integrity across all reporting systems.
