Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Technical Account Management, Implementation, or Technical Support role within SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency in SSO (Azure, Okta).
  • Experience with API integrations.
  • Strong data management and Excel/reporting tool skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical workstreams.
  • Experience working with SaaS integrations and technical product ecosystems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to interpret engagement trends and provide technical recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex project timelines for enterprise-level launches.
  • Execute technical workstreams including SSO configurations (Azure, Okta), API integrations, and HRIS data syncs.
  • Configure and test platform integrations like MS Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the Go-Live phase.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for the Customer Success team.
  • Lead backend setup of client wellness challenges and configuration updates.
  • Extract and deliver client reports, including custom reporting templates.
  • Maintain data integrity across all reporting systems.
